Printed discourses read at the Regia Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice, issued there in 1808 for academicians, students and prize-day audiences. The plates are repeated impressions of one small relief-cut device: a helmeted Minerva with aegis and Medusa head, flanked by laurel sprays, easels, drawing boards, brushes, compasses and a square, above a plinth lettered ARTS.
