Documenti toscani per la storia dell'arte
A volume of archival documents on Tuscan art compiled by the Pistoia art historian Pèleo Bacci, published in Florence by Gonnelli in 1910 for scholars and connoisseurs. The plates are sepia photographs of medieval and early Renaissance sculpture: marble and bronze relief panels of crowd scenes, a boat under sail, and draped standing figures under arcades, useful for carved drapery folds, framed narrative compartments, and stacked relief layouts.
