Dod's peerage, baronetage and knightage, of Great Britain and Ireland, for ... : including all the titled classes
An annual reference directory of the British and Irish titled classes, begun by Charles R. Dod and continued by Robert P. Dod, issued in London by Whittaker and Co. in 1866 for genealogists, heralds and readers tracking rank and precedence. The illustrations are small wood-engraved coronets and heraldic devices in dense hatched line, each rank shown in profile against blank ground, useful as ready-made crowns, ornaments or rank symbols for crests, monograms and stationery.
