Drying by means of air and steam. Explanations, formulae and tables for use in practice
A technical handbook by German chemical engineer Eugen Hausbrand, translated by A. C. Wright and published in London in 1901 for factory engineers calculating air- and steam-drying of textiles and other goods. The plates are fine-ruled graph sheets carrying steep humidity and vapour-pressure curves in solid, dashed and dotted line, alongside simple line schematics of drying chambers with heater coils, fans and flow arrows, useful for grid textures, curve families and plain diagram labelling.
