Macmillan in St. John in 1883 for travellers and commercial agents. The plates are trade advertisements set in wood type: diagonal banners, shaded and outlined display letters, hotel names, rule borders and a pointing-hand cut, useful for Victorian jobbing typography and signage lettering.
