Egyptian magic
A study of amulets, spells, names and funerary rites by E. A. Wallis Budge of the British Museum, published in London in 1901 for readers of Egyptology and comparative religion. Line redrawings copy papyrus vignettes, stelae and cippi: mummies on biers, kneeling figures drinking from sycamore trees, registers packed with hieroglyphs, useful as ready-traced Egyptian motifs and border strips.
