Electrical Experimenter 1918-08
The August 1918 issue of Electrical Experimenter, Hugo Gernsback's New York monthly for radio amateurs, wartime tinkerers and correspondence-school students. Halftone and line illustrations mix trade-school advertisements showing men crowded around dynamos and switchboards with speculative wash drawings of giant generating halls, plus typewriter mechanisms and coupon-bearing ad layouts useful for machine-age figure groups and period advertising typography.
