Elementi di prospettiva : per uso degli architetti, e pittori
An Italian treatise on perspective by the Venetian etcher and architect Giovanni Francesco Costa, printed by Giambatista Pasquali in Venice in 1747 for architects and painters. Etched plates set geometric solids, circles and projection lines against open landscapes with a periwigged gentleman, scattered surveying instruments and ruined masonry, offering line-only diagrams, cast-shadow constructions and small staffage figures to lift.
