A scholarly catalogue of Transylvanian coins and medals by János Érdi, published in Pest in 1862 by Eggenberger for the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, with a plate atlas for collectors and historians. The lithographed plates array coins at varied scale across the page: armoured princely busts in profile, quartered heraldic shields, Latin legends ringing each rim, and one medal set with twelve satellite portraits.
