A 1904 Munich sales catalogue from R. Piper & Co.'s print distribution office, compiled with Hermann Esswein, listing signed etchings, lithographs and woodcuts by contemporary German graphic artists for collectors and dealers. The plates are small halftone reproductions of prints, mostly landscapes with trees, lakeshores and snow in heavy blacks, each captioned with the artist's name in italic beside the image.
