Exhibition of the works of the sculptor O'Connor
An exhibition catalogue of sculpture by the American sculptor Andrew O'Connor, published at Paxton, Massachusetts in 1917 for gallery visitors and collectors. Ninety-nine halftone photographs show bronze and stone figures against plain studio backdrops: draped standing women, portrait heads with blank carved eyes, low-relief panels with lettered labels, and rough-cut blocks left partly uncarved, useful for silhouettes, soft tonal grounds, and drapery forms.
