Experimental glass blowing for boys
A 1920 instructional manual on glass blowing written by Carleton J. Lynde for the A.C. Gilbert Company of New Haven, aimed at boys using the firm's hobby kits. Pen-line drawings show a boy at a plain table bending and drawing glass tubing over an alcohol lamp, hands and tools rendered in open contour against blank paper, useful for figures demonstrating a process, hand positions, and simple bench-top apparatus.
