Exposition universelle, 1900 : the chefs-d'uvre
A multi-volume American survey of the 1900 Paris Exposition Universelle, written by William Walton with Victor Champier and André Saglio and issued by G. Barrie & Son of Philadelphia for art collectors and subscribers. The plates are sepia and green-black photogravures of fair pavilions, domed halls, bridges and terraces with small crowds, offering Beaux-Arts ornament, silhouettes and soft tonal skies.
