A British Museum collection catalogue of the Franks bequest of finger rings, compiled by O. M. Dalton and printed for the Trustees in London in 1912 for curators, collectors and antiquaries. Line engravings show rings from several angles alongside enlarged bezels and flattened hoops, supplying merchants' marks, monograms, inscriptions and foliate engraved bands usable as small ornament or lettering sources.
