A 1922 catalogue of the Franco-British exhibition of textiles, issued by the Victoria and Albert Museum's Department of Textiles through H.M. Stationery Office in London for curators, collectors and the textile trade. Halftone plates reproduce European tapestries and woven panels: hunting and interior scenes inside heavy foliate borders, grotesque arabesque grounds, and repeating architectural canopies useful as border and pattern stock.
