Catalogue of the paintings owned by the financiers Émile and Isaac Pereire, written by the critic Théophile Thoré and printed by Claye in Paris in 1864 for collectors and the art trade. The reproductive etchings after French pastorals, Dutch domestic interiors and Italian Madonnas give tonal figure groups, tiled-floor perspectives, drapery studies and framed vignettes usable as decorative plates.
