Galerie v Rudolfin
A Czech catalogue of the old-master paintings in the Rudolfinum gallery in Prague, compiled by art historian Antonín Matějček and issued by the Mánes association in 1913 for collectors, curators and students. The 112 plates are dark halftone reproductions of oil paintings — devotional figures, park scenes with swings and strollers, soldiers, and crowded Baroque mythological groups — useful as sources of murky tonal backgrounds, silhouetted tree masses and costumed figure poses.
