The genealogist
A London genealogical and heraldic journal issued by George Bell & Sons from 1884, edited by Walford Dakin Selby with H. W. Forsyth Harwood and Keith W. Murray, for antiquaries tracing English family descents and armorial claims. The plates are line-ruled pedigree tables set in small caps with bracket and arrow connectors, alongside rubbings of wax seals showing bones, crests and lettered scrolls, useful for chart structures, genealogical typography and worn seal textures.
