The genealogist
A British genealogical and heraldic journal, edited by Walford Dakin Selby with H. W. Forsyth Harwood and Keith W. Murray, published by George Bell & Sons in London from 1884 for antiquaries and pedigree researchers. Pictures are small line-drawn shields printed amid text: wolf's head, hunting horns, cinquefoils, crosslets, chevrons and quartered fields, usable as compact black-and-white emblems and pattern fills.
