The general catalogue of Jacobson & co
A 1915 trade catalogue from Jacobson & Company, a New York maker of architectural plaster, issued to architects, builders and decorators ordering stock ornament by number. Halftone plates group cast mouldings, rosettes, cartouches, panels and enriched bands against dark grounds, each numbered and dimensioned, giving designers a large stock of classical and Renaissance-revival ornament in raking light with strong cast shadow.
