General index to publications of the California State Mining Bureau
A government reference volume compiled by Charles G. Yale, indexing the California State Mining Bureau's reports and issued by the State Printing Office in Sacramento in 1907 for mining engineers, prospectors, and state officials. The single halftone shows the Bureau's mineral museum in deep one-point perspective, with rows of glass display cases, arched wall cabinets and a tiled aisle receding to a far doorway, useful for period exhibition-hall interiors, vitrine furniture and soft grey halftone texture.
