General information regarding the national monuments set aside under the act of Congress approved June 8, 1906
A 1917 government pamphlet issued by the National Park Service through the Government Printing Office in Washington, giving travelers and administrators basic facts about the national monuments created under the 1906 Antiquities Act. The plates are plain line maps: township grids and section numbers, dashed trail and boundary lines, hachured canyon walls and bluffs, river and inlet outlines drawn with a fine ruling pen, useful as ready-made survey textures, cartographic hatching, and grid frameworks.
