Geschichte der griechischen Künstler
A German art-historical study of Greek artists by the archaeologist Heinrich (Enrico) Brunn, issued in Stuttgart by Ebner & Seubert in 1889 for scholars and students of classical sculpture and painting. The scanned plates here are mostly the binding itself and printed ornament: an allover gold cloth cover of small starry flowers on a dotted ground, plus halftone details of palmette scrollwork and a grimacing antefix mask, useful as tiling patterns, rule-and-corner ornaments, and classical grotesque heads.
