Geschichte des Herzogthums Würtenberg unter der Regierung der Herzogen
Christian Friedrich Sattler's history of the duchy of Württemberg under its dukes, printed at Frankfurt in 1764 for German readers of territorial and dynastic history. The plates are copperplate engravings of commemorative medals shown obverse and reverse, with ducal profile portraits, crowned arms in laurel wreaths, Latin mottoes lettered around the rims, and a headpiece of putti holding shields and an eagle banner; useful for heraldic devices, circular lettering layouts, and emblem motifs.
