Glorious glass at St. John's Church, Gouda
A study guide to the sixteenth-century stained glass of the Sint Janskerk in Gouda, issued about 1900 by the local society formed to document the windows, for visitors and students of glass painting. Line diagrams map each lancet's tracery and panel divisions, while halftones reproduce kneeling donors, bishops in brocade copes, and crowded labouring figures crossed by lead cames.
