A topographical guide to the paintings, sculpture and architecture of Rovigo, written by Francesco Bartoli and printed by Pietro Savioni in Venice in 1793 for travellers and collectors of Italian art. The scanned pages are almost entirely unprinted: laid paper with faint show-through of the letterpress title, foxed endleaves, and a plain red cloth cover with a darker spine, useful as blank paper grounds, edge and corner wear, and ghosted type textures.
