An architectural survey of Florence Cathedral published in Florence in 1733 by Bernardo Sansone Sgrilli, drawing on measured studies by Giovan Battista Nelli and Girolamo Ticciati, made for architects, engineers and patrons. Large folding copperplate engravings give sections through Brunelleschi's double-shell dome, ground plans keyed to surrounding streets, lantern details and ribbed vault geometry with measured scales and lettered keys.
