An astrological prophecy pamphlet by the Neapolitan physician-astrologer Giovanni Abiosi, printed at Naples in 1523 to forecast an eclipse and planetary conjunctions of 1523–24 for readers of judicial astrology and medicine. The woodcuts include a title page framed by four separate ornamental borders of candelabra, urns, putti and foliage, a scene of an astronomer observing sun and stars beside a scribe with an armillary sphere, and a radiant IHS sunburst with a dove, all usable as compartment borders, roundel emblems and figure vignettes.
