A pocket-sized album of 100 small etched views of Rome and its surroundings, engraved and sold by Domenico Pronti in 1795 for travellers and grand-tour souvenir buyers. Two captioned vignettes per page show temples, arches, aqueducts and ruined vaults with tiny staffage figures, rendered in fine parallel hatching that gives designers compact, high-contrast ruin motifs and lettered captions.
