A trilingual pattern book of landscape garden plans compiled by architect Jean-Charles Krafft and published in Paris in 1809 for architects, garden designers and wealthy patrons across France, England and Germany. Engraved overhead plans render lawns, serpentine paths, lakes and tree massings in fine stipple and hatching, with solid black building footprints, lettered keys and scale bars usable as abstract organic pattern.
