A museum handbook to the British Museum's display of Greek and Roman daily life, written by the Department of Greek and Roman Antiquities and published in London in 1920 for gallery visitors and students. Halftones and line cuts show single objects isolated on plain grounds: a terracotta lamp with a relief scene, a candelabrum with a female head, a bronze standard with a niche figure and inscribed tablet, and a radiate sun-head medallion.
