An outline history of sculpture for beginners and students, with complete indexes and numerous illustrations
A survey history of sculpture written by Clara Erskine Clement Waters and published by F.A. Stokes in New York in 1893 for beginners and art students. The plates are pen outline drawings of Greek, Roman and later statues and reliefs, reduced to clean contour lines with hatched drapery folds and blank plinths, useful as ready-made silhouettes and figure studies.
