Handbuch der glasmalerei für forscher, sammler und kunstfreunde, wie für künstler, architekten und glasmaler
A German handbook of stained glass by Josef Ludwig Fischer, published by Hiersemann in Leipzig in 1914 for researchers, collectors, architects and practising glass painters. Photographic plates reproduce medieval and later windows as high-contrast black silhouettes against pale glass, giving leaded tracery patterns, haloed standing figures, canopy architecture and multi-panel narrative grids usable as line and stencil sources.
