Histoire de la verrerie et de l'émaillerie
A French history of glassmaking and enamelwork by Édouard Garnier, published in Tours by A. Mame et fils in 1886 for collectors and students of the decorative arts. Wood-engraved plates show goblets, handled vases, enamelled plaques and circular medallions rendered in dense stipple and hatching, with grotesque figures, garlands and quatrefoil rosettes usable as vessel silhouettes and roundel ornament.
