Home decoration, 1917 / Alfred Peats Co.
A 1917 trade catalogue issued by the Alfred Peats Company of New York to sell wallpaper, wall panels and window treatments to decorators, upholsterers and homeowners. Numbered colour sketches show single walls in pale greens, creams and pinks: swagged and tailed draperies, trellis-pattern papers with rose swags, panelled doors and French windows, each framed by a scrolled rococo border with a small blue bow at the foot.
