I cinque ordini di architettura di Andrea Palladio : esposti per un' esatta istruzione di chi ama e coltiva questa bella utilissima arte
An Italian architectural treatise published at Padua in 1800, setting out Palladio's five orders as measured plates engraved after Giovanni Francesco Costa for students and practitioners of building. The engravings are line elevations and sections of capitals, entablatures, bases and an arcaded bay, each ruled with modular scales and numbered divisions in the margins, offering designers Doric triglyphs, Ionic volutes, Corinthian acanthus and proportional grids.
