Ideen
Ideen is a portfolio of Joseph Maria Olbrich's architectural and decorative designs, with commentary by Lajos Hevesi, issued in Leipzig in 1904 for architects, craftsmen and decorators following the Vienna Secession. Halftone photographs of doorways, halls and furniture alternate with fine line elevations of wall schemes, giving designers stylised flower motifs, whiplash iron brackets, glazed door grids, chequered borders and Secession display lettering.
