Illustrated catalogue of office and library furniture.
A trade catalogue of office and library furniture issued in 1885 by the American Desk Manufactory of New York for dealers and business buyers. Wood-engraved perspective views show roll-top and drop-front desks, secretaries and cabinets against blank grounds, with open pigeonholes, turned and fluted legs, carved crestings and dense line hatching that reads as grained wood; useful as cut-out object silhouettes, interior spot art, or hatching and woodgrain texture reference.
