A wholesale trade catalogue issued in 1887 by Bardwell, Anderson & Company of Boston, showing tables and desks offered to furniture dealers rather than the public. Each plate is a shaded line engraving of a single piece on blank ground, giving turned and twisted legs, carved aprons, scroll brackets, castors and claw feet as clean, cut-out silhouettes.
