Illustrated catalogue.
A 1906 trade catalogue from the Hughes Furniture Mfg. Co. of Baltimore, issued to furniture dealers and retail buyers ordering bedroom suites. Halftone photographs show oak dressers, chiffoniers and washstands isolated on pale grounds, with swelled drawer fronts, carved crests, swing mirrors and stamped brass pulls that supply period hardware details and quarter-sawn grain patterns.
