Illustrated catalogue of folding chairs.
A trade catalogue of folding and invalid chairs issued in 1871 by the New Haven Folding Chair Co. of Connecticut, printed by Punderson, Crisand for furniture dealers and buyers. Each chromolithographed plate shows a numbered chair upright above the same chair collapsed flat, with bentwood frames, striped and lattice upholstery, fringe, and soft green-pink ground shadows usable as furniture silhouettes, textile pattern swatches, and period catalogue page layouts.
