A trade catalogue of conjuring apparatus and stage illusions issued by the New York dealer Otto Maurer in 1884, priced and described for professional and amateur magicians. Small wood engravings show gloved hands working goblets, dice, cages and cloths, plus draped stage tableaux with clocks and vases, giving designers isolated props and gesturing cuffed hands on plain grounds.
