An annual almanac issued by the American Tract Society in New York for 1866–67, combining calendars and astronomical tables with moral tales for Protestant households. The wood engravings show domestic interiors, street vendors, bookstalls and children at work and play, with hatched shading and simple props — fiddle, drum, broom, water pump — usable as small narrative vignettes.
