An 1886 antiquarian monograph by Federigo Argnani, printed at the Tipo-Litografico P. Conti in Faenza, describing a sculpture attributed to Donatello's circle at Solarolo di Romagna together with a historical account of the town's castle, addressed to local historians and art scholars. The plates combine surveyed castle plans drawn in heavy solid-black wall poché with letter keys, and an engraved printer's device of an interlaced monogram on a strapwork shield with a ribbon motto, useful for geometric silhouettes, monogram lockups, and banner lettering.
