A 1909 city-planning report by Charles Mulford Robinson, printed in Fort Wayne for the Fort Wayne Civic Improvement Association to argue for parks, boulevards and riverfront work. The halftones are soft, grainy photographs of river bends, wooded park sites, dirt roads and distant rooftops, usable as sepia landscape textures, hazy backgrounds and period documentary views of small-city edges.
