Inscriptiones antiqvae in Etrvriae vrbibvs exstantes
A three-volume Latin corpus of ancient Etruscan and Roman inscriptions compiled by the Florentine antiquary Antonio Francesco Gori and printed by Giuseppe Manni in Florence in 1727, engraved by Vincenzo Franceschini and Giovanni Domenico Ferretti for scholars of epigraphy. The plates copy stones line for line: capital lettering inside ruled frames, altars and cippi with base moldings, pedimented tops, incised rosettes, snake and garland motifs, useful for lettering models, rule-and-frame layouts, and small carved ornament.
