Inscriptiones antiqvae in Etrvriae vrbibvs exstantes
A Latin catalogue of ancient inscriptions surviving in the cities of Etruria, compiled by the Florentine antiquary Antonio Francesco Gori with plates after Giovanni Domenico Ferretti and Vincenzo Franceschini, printed by Giuseppe Manni in Florence in 1727 for scholars of Greek and Roman epigraphy. The cuts copy the stones themselves: gabled pediments and moulded cornices drawn in close parallel hatching, wreaths, discs and volutes, and tracings of single carved letters and ligatures isolated in ruled boxes.
