Invictissimo, gloriosissimo, potentissimoque, Romanorum Imperatori Carolo Sexto et Regi Hispaniae III. Duci Brabantiae IV. 11. Octobris 1717. Inaugurato Bruxellis. Applausus chronographicus
A Latin emblem book by Petrus vander Borcht, printed in Brussels by Josephus T'Serstevens in 1717 to mark the ceremonial inauguration of Charles VI as Duke of Brabant, addressed to the court and the city's Latin-reading elite. Its engravings are medal-like roundels within double rules: sunbursts and comets over low hills, crowned lions fighting eagles and dragons, altars with crosses, each captioned with mottoes and anagrams in engraved capitals.
