Istoricheskoe opisanīe moskovskago Simonova monastyri͡a
A Russian-language history of the Simonov Monastery in Moscow, printed in 1843 at S. Selivanovsky's Moscow press for clergy and local antiquarians, later held by the Moscow Theological Academy. Woodcut headpieces and tailpieces show a winged figure with a palm branch and a winged cherub head above a rayed Orthodox cross, cut in coarse parallel hatching useful as ornament stock and library-stamp texture.
