Volume of the bulletin of the Pulkovo Central Astronomical Observatory, printed in 1910 by the Imperial Academy of Sciences press in St Petersburg with parallel Russian and German titles, issued for working astronomers. The plates reproduced here are letterpress data tables of stellar and planetary measurements, with ruled column dividers, diagonal-split header cells, plus and minus values, Greek and subscript notation, and summation lines at the foot—useful as models of dense scientific tabular typesetting.
